Thank you for your interest in hosting a tournament at River Oaks Golf Course. We are pleased to provide the following overview to help you plan a successful and enjoyable event at our course. River Oaks Golf Course offers a well-maintained 18-hole course, restaurant lounge and patio, and experience hosting corporate and community tournaments of various sizes. Our team works closely with event hosts to ensure a smooth and memorable experience for all participants.
Please note that River Oaks Golf Course only hosts tournaments Monday to Thursday from May to August. Weekend tournaments may be available in September and October.
Tournament Options:
At River Oaks, we can accommodate a variety of tournament formats, including traditional, shotgun start (please see specific requirement below), scramble, and best ball. Longest drive and closest to the pin markers are available upon request. A limited number of power and pull carts, along with golf clubs, are available for rental upon advanced request. Tee times will not be booked until a credit card is on file; all prices are before tax.
Shotgun Start:
River Oaks Golf Course takes pride in being open to the public; as a result, the following requirements are in place to hold a shotgun start:
- Minimum 80 Players
- 9 am start (May – August) and 10 – 11 am start (September – October)
- Food and Beverage Package
- The Tee Sheet will be closed to the public for a maximum of 5 hours to accommodate shotgun starts
- We do not offer modified shotgun starts

Food and Beverage:
At River Oaks, we offer the following options for food and beverage services to tournaments. Any bookings of 16 people or more must pre-order food to guarantee timely service. There is a minimum 20% gratuity on all food and beverage packages; all prices are before tax. In addition, we require a credit card number on file for food and beverage packages.
The menu can be customized in communication with management.
Most dietary restrictions can be accommodated with advanced notice.

Awards and Reception:
Our clubhouse space is available for post-tournament receptions, awards presentations, and speeches. Audio-visual equipment can be arranged if required.
Booking Information:
We recommend booking tournaments several weeks in advance to ensure preferred dates and menu options are available. Final pricing varies based on group size and selected options. No booking is final until a credit card is on file. Once booking is finalized, an email will be sent with all the tournament details to confirm tee times and food and beverage packages.
